Glen Eagle is a gated community. The mandatory fees include a $75 association fee for barcode decal (for car) and either:
– $100 social membership for use of fitness center and restaurant only; or
– $150 social and golf membership for use of fitness center, restaurant and golf (includes green fees, cart extra)
Add $500 security deposit to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, and/or long–distance telephone charges.
The remainder of the security deposit will be refunded within thirty days from your departure.
A 20% down payment is required to confirm and guarantee reservation.
