Add $100 for departure cleaning

Add $350 security deposit to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, and/or long–distance telephone charges.
The remainder of the security deposit will be refunded within thirty days from your departure.
A 20% down payment is required to confirm and guarantee reservation.
