Briarwood is a 24/7 security–gated community. The Briarwood Property Owners Association (“BPOA”) requires a $100 application fee for barcode decal to use gate and amenities.
Add $340 security deposit to cover any damages, excessive cleaning, and/or long–distance telephone charges.
The remainder of the security deposit will be refunded within thirty days from your departure.
A 20% down payment is required to confirm and guarantee reservation.
